Thelma:  “The best things come in small packages”
In 2002, Thelma from Ireland was backpacking around Europe. She fell in love with the azure blue coast and became enchanted by Monaco, the 2nd smallest country in the world. Little did she know how this little country would get under her skin, still in awe of that dreamy blue sea, the 300 days of sunshine, the urban contrast to the vast ocean, and the culture that remains.
